I did get my exchange sorted in the end, so credit where it’s due. But it definitely took longer than I expected, and at one point I was starting to wonder if my request had been sent to some secret back office queue nobody talks about. Not a disaster, just slower than it should’ve been.

The colour was... pretty much the same as the pictures, maybe just a tiny bit warmer in person. Still happy with it though.
